Elizabeth N. Maswili is a highly accomplished Radiographer, healthcare leader, and the Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer of Jazema Health Solutions Limited, with over two decades of experience in diagnostic imaging, radiology management, radiation safety, and professional governance. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Systems Management (B.Sc. HSM) from Kenya Methodist University (KEMU) and a Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography from the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC), qualifications that have shaped her exceptional leadership in healthcare service delivery and management.
Elizabeth built a strong clinical foundation at The Nairobi Hospital before serving as Radiology Manager at Mater Misericordiae Hospital, where she provided strategic and operational leadership in a busy tertiary healthcare environment. She led multidisciplinary teams, optimized imaging services, spearheaded quality improvement initiatives, and served as the hospital’s Radiation Safety Officer, working closely with the Kenya Nuclear Regulatory Authority (KNRA) to uphold the highest standards of radiation safety, regulatory compliance, and patient-centered care.
A respected leader within Kenya’s radiography profession, Elizabeth has served as Convenor of the Radiographers Scientific Conference (RASCO) in 2023 and 2026, and was a member of the RASCO Organizing Committee from 2008 to 2023. She also serves on the Society of Radiography Disciplinary Committee, PEILAC Committee, and the PACORI Resource Mobilization Committee, where she continues to champion professional excellence, ethical practice, mentorship, and the advancement of medical imaging services across the healthcare sector.
